Why Our Solution Stands Out

In many conventional installations, pipes and drums are filled with concrete to prevent cable theft. While well-intentioned, this method presents significant drawbacks:

  • No Maintenance Access: Once encased in concrete, cables become virtually inaccessible, making future maintenance or upgrades impossible.

Our engineered solution eliminates these issues entirely, protecting your cables without compromising access, appearance, or safety. CableCrete can be paired with other technologies such as vibration sensors and camera alarm systems to give a more advanced solution.

Product Specification:

  • Material: Standard PVC CL51
  • Components: Assembled using standard-size pipe fittings
  • Inner Pipe Diameter: 110 mm (cable sleeve)
  • Outer Pipe Diameter: 200 mm (concrete sleeve)
  • Elbow Bending Radius: 600 mm
  • Inner pipe diameter and bending radius is suitable for cable sizes up to 240mm²

Product Sizes Available:

  • Straight pipe length = 500mm / 1000mm / 2000mm
  • Elbow pipe length = 800mm, bending radius = 600mm
  • 110mm pipe inside end cap male, length = 50mm
  • 110mm pipe outside coupler female, length = 40mm
  • 200mm pipe outside end cap female, length = 50mm
  • 200mm pipe outside coupler female, length = 300mm
